30 years across Jaipur's residential map

Furnshin has been executing interior and furnishing projects across Jaipur since 1996. In that time, the city has expanded from a compact walled-city core to a metropolitan spread that now includes areas that were agricultural land 20 years ago.

Each area has different housing stock, different client profiles, and sometimes different climate micro-conditions. Here is a brief overview of what we see across the key neighbourhoods.

Vaishali Nagar

Vaishali Nagar is Jaipur's most commercially active residential area — the mix of standalone shops, mid-rise apartments, and independent houses creates a varied project base. We have done offices, restaurants, and homes here.

Common requests: Office fitouts with glass partitions. Kitchen and wardrobe upgrades in 10-year-old flats. Shopfronts with aluminum and glass facades. The area rewards quick turnaround — businesses here need work completed before their next operational window.

Mansarovar and Mansarovar Extension

One of Jaipur's largest residential areas, with a mix of DDA-style 3BHK apartments and society-based developments. Most of our work here is residential full-flat transformations in newly delivered apartments.

Common requests: Full 3BHK fit-outs — flooring, false ceiling, kitchen, wardrobes, and painting as a single contract. Clients here are typically families who have received possession and want to move in quickly. Timeline pressure is real — 18–25 days is the target range.

Pratap Nagar

Similar profile to Mansarovar, with a slightly higher proportion of independent house work. Larger plots mean more exterior work — gates, compound walls, driveway treatment.

Common requests: Custom modular kitchens for L-shaped and U-shaped floor plans. Custom iron gates and compound wall treatments. Aluminum window replacement in houses that still have original wood windows.

Civil Lines and C-Scheme

The oldest established residential areas in the planned part of Jaipur. Independent houses, bungalows, and some heritage properties. Projects here tend to be either sensitive renovations of older homes or commercial conversions.

Common requests: Renovation of 1970s and 1980s kitchens without disturbing existing structure. Restaurant and cafe fitouts. Office interiors for professional service firms. The client profile here tends to be more specific about material and finish quality.

Sanganer and surrounding areas

Sanganer is Jaipur's textile and craft production centre. The residential areas around it are a mix of independent houses, new society developments, and some rural-adjacent properties. Our own office is here.

Common requests: Independent house exteriors — gates, grills, compound treatment — are very common. New construction interiors for families building their first-time own house after years of renting.

Ajmer Road Corridor (Kalwar, Mahindra World City area)

One of Jaipur's fastest-growing residential corridors. Large new townships — Mahindra World City, Ananta, and others — have brought a significant volume of first-time flat owners who need full interior execution to a timeline.

Common requests: Full apartment fit-outs. Budget is often tighter than older established areas — we see more mid-range specification work here.

What stays consistent across all neighbourhoods

The 48-hour quote commitment: We visit the site within 48 hours of a request and provide a written quote within 48 hours of the visit. This holds regardless of neighbourhood.

Own team on every job: Our fabrication team, our installation team, our glass team. No subcontracted labour. This means accountability is consistent whether the project is in Civil Lines or Kalwar Road.

Written scope before work starts: Every project is documented — materials by brand and grade, timeline by phase, payments by milestone. This prevents the disputes that arise from verbal agreements.
